Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Fiber to oversee fiber cabling installation, splicing, and supervision of crews on-site. You will coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion in a fast-paced data-center environment.

This role requires leading foremen, maintaining daily logs, and collaborating with operations to keep networks reliable as SpaceXAI accelerates scientific discovery through AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in data-center environments.
• 3+ years installing and routing optical fiber in large Tier 3/4 facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/engineering credentials preferred.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background checks required.
• Evenings/weekends availability as site needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule employees, contractors, and subcontractors to complete projects on time.
• Ensure contracted work is executed per scope and quality standards.
• Maintain quality of work by crews and deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Maintain daily logs and plot plans on the job site.
• Lead, direct, train, and supervise foremen and crews.
• Promote and enforce the safety program and a safety culture.
• Work safely and responsibly, and encourage teamwork.
