Qualifications

• Entry-level position suitable for learning fiber splicing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior telecom/construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fiber Splicers with fiber optic cable preparation and splicing.
• Learn fusion splicing on single-mode and multi-mode fibers.
• Assist with OTDR and power meter testing.
• Read and interpret basic construction prints and splice diagrams.
• Install fiber enclosures, terminals, and related telecommunications equipment.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
