• Assist Fiber Splicers with fiber optic cable preparation and splicing.
• Learn fusion splicing on single-mode and multi-mode fiber.
• Support testing with OTDR and power meters.
• Read basic construction prints and splice diagrams.
• Assist with installing fiber enclosures and related equipment.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
