This role requires travel, with about 75% of work sites reached across our service area, and the ability to meet strict industry standards. Ideal candidates will have fiber splicing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the stamina to work safely at heights and in

Qualifications

• Must have fiber splicing experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, troubleshoot network circuits post-installation.
• Ensure splicing meets customer and industry standards.
• Maintain and upgrade fiber sheaths; mid-sheath work.
• Provide guidance to other splicers as needed.
• Document daily work and material usage.
