Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Fiber Splicer II to join our team in the United States. You will perform fiber splicing, upgrades, and troubleshooting to maintain telecom networks, with responsibilities including daily reporting and map updates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• US work authorization for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Upgrade fiber sheaths as needed and mid-sheath fibers for entry.
• Provide guidance to other splicers as needed.
• Document work via daily production reports and map updates.
