Qualifications

• Two years of fiber splicing experience.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground splice processes.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card.
• Valid State driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation.
• Ensure splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Document work through daily production reports and mapping records.
• Provide guidance to other splicers as needed.
