MasTec Communications Group is seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks in outdoor utility environments. You will test continuity, troubleshoot faults, and work with fusion splicers to ensure high-quality connections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fiber splice enclosures and manage installation on outdoor sites.
• Work on outdoor utility construction sites with rotation of shifts.
