Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Low Voltage QA Engineer to lead fiber-quality in a mission-critical data center environment. You will oversee installation, testing, and turnover of fiber-optic infrastructure, collaborating with low-voltage contractors, commissioning teams, construction personnel, and operations to ensure standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong fiber-network background, hands-on experience with installation/testing, and proven RCA skills to prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in low-voltage fiber or data center networks.
• Experience with fiber cleanliness and contamination control.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and test reports.
• Experience with RCA and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight for fiber installation and commissioning.
• Inspect cleanliness, labeling, testing, and workmanship.
• Monitor field contractors and document deficiencies.
• Lead RCA and coordinate corrective actions.
