Job summary

NTI is seeking a Mission Critical Low Voltage QA/QC Foreman to lead daily field inspections and coordinate the work of QA/QC inspectors on data center projects. You will verify basket tray, copper cabling, fiber optics, bonding and cable pathways against approved drawings and project plans, ensuring quality, safety, and turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on low-voltage installation, inspection, testing, or QA/QC experience; leadership of field activities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, cable schedules, rack elevations.
• Proficiency with digital drawings and inspection-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordination with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily inspection assignments and coordinate coverage with field teams.
• Perform in-process, first-work, pre-concealment, and final inspections per drawings and specs.
• Inspect copper cabling, fiber optic routing, routing and bonding per requirements.
• Verify testing readiness, documentation, and turnover readiness.
• Record deficiencies with locations and references; ensure corrective actions.
• Lead inspectors, provide guidance on inspection criteria and documentation.
• Maintain logs, daily quality reports, and turnover evidence.
• Escalate deficiencies and manage safe, compliant turnover.
