Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet growth in the Strasburg area, working mainly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations.

You will own your territory, build relationships, and push to grow the customer base across Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, Strasburg, and nearby areas. Training kicks off day one to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but training is provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance per state requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Outgoing and positive demeanor with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners door-to-door and conduct in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Adhere to company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
