Job summary

Fiber Network Services Inc. seeks an experienced Fiber Construction Supervisor to lead on-site fiber builds in Cinnaminson, NJ. You will direct field crews, coordinate contractors, ensure safety, and uphold engineering specs across aerial and underground deployments.

The role requires strong leadership, field operations expertise, and the ability to make real-time decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is a plus.
• 2–4 years in telecom, broadband, or OSP fiberoptic construction supervision.
• Experience supervising field personnel (coordinators, inspectors, crew leads).
• Experience managing heavy civil or utility subcontractors (drillers/linemen).
• Valid Driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and mentorship of construction coordinators and field crews.
• Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction activities and target production goals.
• Enforce QA/QC standards with pre-construction walkouts, inspections, and final walk-throughs.
• Coordinate locates, ROW access, and MOT permits; manage materials on-site.
