Job summary

Fiber Network Services is seeking a Fiber Construction Supervisor to lead our Fishersville, VA field operations and oversee outside plant fiber deployments. You will direct a team of construction coordinators, in‑house crews, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to precise engineering specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in telecom OSP supervision, OSHA 30, a CDL preferred, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in CM/engineering preferred.
• 2–4 years in telecom/OSP fiber optic supervision.
• Experience supervising field personnel and subcontractors.
• CDL preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to construction coordinators and crews.
• Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction activities.
• Enforce OSHA and safety guidelines; conduct safety meetings.
• Read telecom blueprints, manage permits, and track progress.
