Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. in Piscataway, NJ, seeks an experienced OSP Construction Coordinator to oversee field and office activities for telecommunications projects.

The role covers underground and aerial fiber installation, permitting coordination, safety compliance, and thorough project documentation. The hybrid position requires 3 years of aerial cable construction experience, proficiency with Site Tracker and Salesforce, the ability to lead subcontractors, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in aerial cable construction.
• Strong knowledge of fiber construction and dig laws/regulations.
• Experience with Site Tracker and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel daily to sites and perform field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-construction site walkouts.
• Verify make-ready as-builts and troubleshoot build-out issues.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and customers.
• Prepare BOMs and NTP packages.
• Track and report weekly construction activity.
• Manage project documentation and safety compliance.
