Phoenix Communications, Inc. is seeking an OSP Telecommunications Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and bid packages for outside plant construction projects.

You will review RFPs, analyze technical documentation, perform detailed takeoffs, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely handoff. The ideal candidate is data-driven, can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and has at least 5 years of telecom estimating or field

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and engineering packages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Review RFPs, technical specs, drawings, and addenda.
• Perform detailed takeoffs of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment and subcontracted work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quotes.
• Prepare bid summaries and scope sheets for approval.
• Support post-bid handoff and project budgeting.
