Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Newington, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join a leading fiber optic manufacturing team. You will perform complex electro-optical and electrical testing on fiber optic cables and systems throughout production, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic testing, manufacturing, or telecom experience
• Data center, cable, telecom, or network infrastructure experience
• High voltage testing and electrical testing experience
• Electro-mechanical and electronics background helpful

Responsibilities

• Analyze test data and verify compliance with customer and engineering specifications
• Generate failure reports and document non-conforming products
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to prepare products for testing
• Follow established quality procedures and testing protocols
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Management, and Customer teams
• Maintain accurate testing records and documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits and audits
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and production deadlines
• Perform electro-optical and electrical testing of fiber optic cables and systems
