Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Business & Technology Development Manager to lead strategic growth in fiber-optics for data centers. Build relationships with operators, vendors, and partners; drive opportunities and shape product roadmaps.

You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and manage multiple development programs while representing the company at industry events and forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
• Proven success in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of optical communications and the data-center ecosystem.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with data-center operators and vendors.
• Drive strategic account plans and launch fiber-optic solutions.
• Translate technical concepts into compelling business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product requirements.
