Job summary

Congruex is hiring a Fiber Splicer I, II, III in Commerce City, Colorado, to install, splice, test, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber networks for telecom projects. You will perform aerial and underground construction, ensuring reliability and safety for customers and Congruex teams.

Responsibilities include reading orders and drawings, installing cables and equipment, and documenting production while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fiber optic splicing experience.
• Experience with aerial and underground telecommunications construction and fiber optic network installations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic splicing, testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and network activation for aerial and underground fiber systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, splice diagrams, and cut sheets to complete work accurately.
• Install fiber optic cables, passive and active equipment, enclosures, and termination panels while utilizing OTDRs and light meters.
