Responsibilities

• Perform precision fiber optic assembly and manufacturing tasks.
• Use microscopes, stripping tools, crimpers, epoxies, and other equipment.
• Record production results and build documentation using Excel.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with technical teams.
• Rotate across multiple workstations to cover various manufacturing stages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
