Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing, testing and troubleshooting cable, phone and internet.
- Fiber optic cabling experience required.
- Valid driver’s license in state of hire and ability to work at heights.
- Associates degree preferred; Cisco/Microsoft certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform reconnects, disconnects, and service changes per procedures.
- Routinely troubleshoot fiber optics (1310/1490/1550 nm).
- Configure router, access point and Wi‑Fi systems.
- Troubleshoot IP and LAN connectivity.
- Install CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and connectors.
- Test and tone drop wires from equipment room to customer location.
- Participate in on‑call rotation.
