Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and lead the installation of fiber optic cable for diverse telecom projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service while driving crew performance on active sites across the nation.

As a Foreman, you will supervise manual labor, equipment operations, and field installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or the ability to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, traffic control setup, equipment operations, placing fiber, loading materials, operating equipment, leading crews at safety sensitive sites.
• Proficient with utility print and map reading.
• Leads setup and shutdown of utility construction projects with traffic control in various locations and conditions.
• Ensures safety practices are followed as a daily standard on site.
• Trains other crew members on fiber installation, print reading, equipment ops, and OSHA requirements.
