Job summary

Forged Fiber in the United States is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

This role involves tracking milestones, validating forecasted vs actual dates, coordinating with engineering, construction, and vendors, and preparing project status summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Milestone-driven projects and accurate project data.
• Basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track milestones and maintain current status updates.
• Validate forecasted vs actual dates and identify discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and confirm task ownership.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
