Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager – Construction to lead end-to-end large-scale telecommunications deployment programs in the United States. You will ensure execution quality, accuracy, and timely delivery while collaborating with engineering, construction, vendors, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clear action plans.
• Proficient with project management tools, data dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage major and minor project milestones with real-time status and reporting.
• Forecast 0–180 days and align scheduling across projects.
• Drive project closeouts and ensure deliverables and documentation are complete.
• Identify risks and assign ownership; track mitigation actions.
• Surface gaps and escalate blockers with data and analysis.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards across engineering and construction.
• Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
• Maintain data across systems and produce leadership reporting.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or 2-3 years with a Master's
