Job summary

Nextlink Internet is seeking an OSP Fiber Maintenance Supervisor to oversee fiber maintenance, outages and team leadership. You will coordinate field crews, document work and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on live networks.

This role requires the ability to manage extended night shifts and complex outages. Responsibilities include directing maintenance activities, leading the team, and communicating with NOC and engineering to restore services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining live fiber networks and performing splice work.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance teams and document activities.
• Willingness to work extended nights and holidays as needed.
