Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone based on guidelines.
- Install, setup and configure all equipment.
- Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
- Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
- Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
- Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
- Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
- Perform work in all weather conditions.
