Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Technician Fiber Installation to set up and maintain fiber optic networks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted service for customers. The role involves hands-on installation, equipment configuration, and clear communication about product and services.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone per guidelines.
• Install, setup and configure all equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer for understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
