Prince Telecom, LLC is seeking a Technician Fiber Installation to set up and maintain fiber optic networks, ensuring reliable service and minimal interruptions. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide service to customers with clear explanations.

The role requires installing, configuring equipment, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with customers to confirm understanding and satisfaction. Safety, travel, and after-hours work may be required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services per guidelines.
• Install, setup and configure all equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment, and stock as needed.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours duties as required.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
