Job summary

Meta seeks a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber deployment projects across North America, coordinating with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver on schedule and within budget.

You will oversee budgets, forecast resources, review OTDR data, and ensure compliance with Meta standards while driving risk mitigation and quality through every milestone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent; completed before joining Meta
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/construction
• PM experience across large-scale projects
• Experience negotiating with vendors/partners to resolve issues
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional tasks with tracking and documentation
• Understanding milestones for ILA and fiber construction projects
• MS Office proficiency, spreadsheet tools usage

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America
• Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering and construction firms, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage ILA production and deployments across North America
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term infrastructure build plans
• Support ROW and permit acquisition processes with accelerated deployment schedules
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Net/Dev on project opportunities and budgets
• Receive new projects at implementation stage with end-to-end requirements
• Drive quality assurance and reporting of PM system updates
• Deliver project outcomes to Meta cross-functional teams
• Develop fiber acceptance and closeout packages per Meta standards
• Interpret OTDR traces and vendor deliverables
• Work with finance on budgets and forecasts
