Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments into the Meta production environment in North America. You will manage day-to-day network development projects, coordinate with partners and contractors, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams including Network Development, Edge Network Deployment, Legal and Finance to develop budgets, timelines and build plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/construction.
• Experience negotiating with vendors/partners to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate with build partners, engineering firms, and budgets to mitigate project risk.
• Oversee ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term infrastructure build plans.
• Track ROW and permit acquisition processes with accelerated deployment schedules.
• Identify new project opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Accept new projects with kickoff documents and end-to-end requirements.
• Drive QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project outputs to Meta cross-functional teams with MPR alignment.
• Develop fiber acceptance and closeout packages per Meta standards.
• Interpret OTDR traces and ensure project closeout accuracy.
• Work with Finance on budgets and forecasts.
