Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments across North America, driving project delivery in the production network and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will manage budgets, risks, and schedules, ensure quality and compliance with Meta standards, and work with Legal, Finance, and Network teams to align milestones with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field; degree completed before joining Meta.
• 2+ years of project management experience with telecom/construction focus.
• Experience negotiating with vendors/contractors to resolve issues.
• Experience tracking multiple cross-functional tasks with documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate build partners, engineering firms, and budgets mitigating project risk.
• Coordinate and manage ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term infrastructure build plans and budgets.
• Support ROW and permit processes alongside accelerated deployment schedules.
• Work with Finance on budgets and forecasts; ensure timely delivery.
