Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments in North America. You will coordinate partners, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Network Planning, and other stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in telecom/construction PM, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and milestones with a focus on quality and delivery to the Meta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with completion before joining Meta
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/construction
• Experience negotiating with vendors/partners
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional tasks with tracking and documentation
• Understanding milestones for ILA and fiber construction projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet tools

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America
• Coordinate build partners, engineering firms, and budgets to mitigate project risk
• Manage ILA production and deployments across North America
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term infrastructure build plans
• Support ROW and permit acquisition within accelerated deployment schedules
• Identify new project opportunities with internal teams and vendors
• Receive new projects and define end-to-end requirements for milestones
• Maintain QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting
• Deliver project outcomes to Meta cross-functional teams
• Develop fiber acceptance and closeout packages per Meta standards
• Interpret fiber specs and OTDR traces for project closeout
• Work with finance to develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts
