Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs fiber network services.
• Installs and configures routers and set-top boxes; coordinates with Fiber Solution Center as needed.
• Interfaces with customers to install inside wiring and ensure proper equipment configuration and customer satisfaction.
• Interprets work orders, orders equipment, and performs problem solving to meet installation needs.
• Per company policy, weight restrictions apply; candidates cannot exceed 275 pounds including clothing.
