Job summary

Meta seeks a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments in North America, coordinating partners, budgets, permits, and schedules for on-time delivery into production.

Responsibilities include managing fiber construction and ILA projects, tracking milestones, vendor negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams. Strong PM skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent; degree completed before joining Meta.
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/utility construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Project management expertise across large-scale projects.
• Experience negotiating with vendors/partners to resolve issues and reach agreements.
• Experience tracking multiple cross-functional tasks with accurate documentation.
• Understanding of milestones for ILA and/or fiber construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering firms, budgets; mitigate risk.
• Coordinate and manage ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term infrastructure build plans.
• Support ROW and permit acquisition with accelerated deployment schedule.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Net/Dev on new project opportunities and budgets.
• Receive new projects at implementation stage with kickoff documents.
• Drive QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project outcomes to Meta cross-functional teams.
• Develop fiber acceptance and closeout packages in line with Meta standards.
• Technical delivery and acceptance from vendors of fiber specs and OTDR traces.
• Work with finance to develop budgets and forecasts.
