Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fiber Market Development & JV Partnerships to lead a high-impact team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the fiber market pipeline.

You will originate opportunities, evaluate markets, negotiate contracts, and drive commercial launches with wholesale and JV partners. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Data Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field; 7+ years in relevant work.
• 7+ years in business development, market development, strategic planning, or commercial operations; 3+ years in people leadership
• Direct experience in telecommunications, broadband/fiber, or adjacent infra industries preferred
• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end partner relationships: origination, evaluation, negotiation, ongoing management
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and CLM processes
• Experience with financial models, business case development, and investment evaluation (NPV, IRR, CLV)
• Familiarity with GIS tools, data-driven market evaluation and ML-informed decision-making is a differentiator
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Data Science, and external partners
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fiber market evaluation across partner networks.
• Coordinate GIS overlap analysis, ML-driven market models, and market scoring
• Oversee contract actions, CLM, and legal review within SLAs
• Develop market rubric, dashboards, and pipeline visibility tools
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Market Development, Data Science, Legal, Finance, and partners
• Own partner relationships and commercial health; manage amendments and restructures
• Coach and grow a team of analysts, GIS specialists, and operations coordinators
