Empire Fiber Internet is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Prattsburgh, NY. The role involves assisting customers by phone, email, and live chat, processing service orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. The position emphasizes technical troubleshooting and relationship building with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand and troubleshoot fiber optics-related issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if needed.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with problem resolution.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Process customer orders, upgrades, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and billing issues.
• Stay informed and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case details.
