Foothills Broadband LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless fiber internet experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (telecom or tech industry preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of internet/telecom services or willingness to learn.
• Proficient with computer systems, email, and customer support software.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy for all customer interactions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
• Assist with billing inquiries, service troubleshooting, and general support
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Log customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve service issues
• Follow up on open cases and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common issues or customer concerns
