Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining fiber optic networks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, and troubleshoot fiber internet and phone services.
• Install, set up, and configure equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with customers for understanding and agreement.
• Educate customers on product usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
