CS Contract Solutions in Pickford, MI is seeking a Fiber I&R Technician to install, maintain and repair fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers. This full-time W-2 role supports telecom clients nationwide, with training provided and emphasis on safe, high-quality installations.

Primary earnings come from production-based pay; estimated annual range is $104,000 to $208,000 once ramped. Benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Fiber optic experience preferred; paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Must have your own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack and your own tools.
• Smartphone, laptop, and Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Place aerial or buried drops and interior/exterior wiring as needed.
• Complete pre-install work orders and verify service performance.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe safety rules and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Log work orders and time using internal systems; meet productivity metrics.
