Job summary

CS Contract Solutions seeks a Fiber I&R Technician to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic internet services for residential and commercial customers in Plymouth, IN. This full-time, W-2 role involves working on behalf of telecom carrier clients with paid training and a production-based pay structure.

Primary duties include conducting pre/post-install verification, delivering clear product education, and upholding OSHA safety standards on-site across client projects.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs is required; physical stamina for field work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations, including safe work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Keep scheduled customer appointments and log work orders/time.
• Maintain metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes and information.
