Job summary

Internet Provider Solutions is seeking a Fiber-to-the-Home Installation Technician for residential service activations and maintenance. You will handle end-to-end fiber installs, ONT setup, and customer-facing service activation.

The role requires 2-3 years of field fiber experience, the ability to work independently, and a reliable vehicle with appropriate equipment. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with competitive piece-rate compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience installing fiber and coax to the home, ONT and router installation, phone service and video.
• You must be a responsible self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, run and splice fiber drops, inside wiring, install ONTs and configure CPE.
• Verify service performance to meet company and industry standards.
• Educate customers on services and equipment with clear, professional communication.
• Ensure quality work and pass QC checks with neat installations.
