Bristol Alliance of Companies (Bristol) is seeking a Drop Installer II to install, troubleshoot, and maintain buried and aerial fiber or copper drops that connect the main network to customer locations in Hawaii. This role blends technical work with customer service and safety practices in outdoor environments.

You will use hand tools and test equipment, perform installations and repairs, document work, and mentor junior staff when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 18 months of experience in the field or related area.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installing new and repairing existing aerial and buried fiber or copper drops.
• Communicating effectively with customers and explaining install processes.
• Using hand tools and test equipment for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Testing signal strength and identifying issues; performing repairs.
• Adhering to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Completing paperwork and inventory records.
• Mentoring Drop Installers I when needed.
• Restoring worksite after project completion.
