Job summary

Centric Fiber OpCo, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support for Centric’s fiber services. The role combines customer service with basic technical provisioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with the NOC and field teams.

The position handles inbound/outbound communications, onboarding, issue resolution, equipment provisioning, and accurate information sharing on services, billing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of technical support or telecommunications experience preferred.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate information about services, billing, and promotions.
• Assist fiber customers with onboarding and account management.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and follow up until resolved.
• Update customer records after each interaction in the CRM.
• Promote Centric fiber services and educate customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
