Job summary

Niels Fugal & Sons is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our fiber overbuild construction operations. This role moves projects from permitting into construction and through completion by coordinating subcontractors, field supervisors, inspectors, and customer representatives.

You will manage project data, assign crews, monitor schedules and production, review subcontractor billing, and ensure accurate construction documentation upon project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in telecommunications or related field.
• 1–2 years administrative/construction coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with field crews, project tracking, or project documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records and status updates in tracking platforms.
• Assign crews and coordinate schedules with field supervisors and inspectors.
• Review subcontractor billing for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Collect and deliver completed project records to customers.
• Communicate professionally with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
