VISIONARY COMMUNICATIONS LLC Gillette, Wyoming, is seeking a Fiber Construction Coordinator to oversee on-site fiber build projects across WY and MT. This full-time role requires coordinating field crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will maintain strong communication with project teams, document progress, handle invoicing alignment, and perform GPS-based fiber surveys.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong organization are essential.
• Ability to learn and work with proprietary software quickly.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiber optic construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain on-site presence to oversee daily operations and direct field crews.
• Coordinate plans and schedules with project management and field teams.
• Foster collaboration to align field crews and subcontractors with project goals.
• Ensure construction activities meet safety standards, quality expectations, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality control.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and resources to minimize downtime.
• Serve as primary liaison between field operations and stakeholders; address concerns and provide updates.
• Ensure invoiced amounts reflect on-site progress and completed work.
• Survey fiber backbone or zones using GPS to document fiber locations.
• Make real-time design adjustments in the field as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-construction walkthroughs with utilities and contractors.
