Job summary

Armstrong Utilities is seeking a motivated Broadband Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair Internet and telephone services for residential and commercial customers. You will work with fiber‑optic technology in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to high reliability for our customers.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain BPI certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Customer-first approach to problem solving.
• Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.
• Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot voice and data services for residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot and repair Internet and telephone services in a fiber GPON environment.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance.
