Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew in installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. You’ll help with tools, parts, and equipment, and ensure safety and efficient workflow on-site in Pennsylvania.

The role requires 18+, a valid US work authorization, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and possible pole climber certification. Telecommunications labor experience is a plus, with overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure that door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
