Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Spring Run, PA seeks a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew in installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials.

You will provide tools and materials to crew, move equipment, and ensure safety and resident notifications. The role requires climbing capability, valid licensing, and willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed daily.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow per local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
