Job summary

Lambert's Cable is hiring an Entry-Level Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an aerial crew with fiber/telecom installation and maintenance. You will handle tools, materials, and vehicles, and comply with safety and DOT requirements on site.

The role involves lifting up to 55 pounds, working outdoors in all weather, and occasional travel or on-call shifts. Prior labor experience in telecom is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Labor experience in telecommunications or construction is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic safety awareness and ability to follow DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Move equipment and assist with setup and maintenance.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications before work each day.
• Stock and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging and operate basic tools.
• Direct/flag traffic per DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call as needed.
