Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED equivalent), a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime and travel. We offer weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires labor experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Ability to provide tools, parts, and materials to crew as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and across weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
