Job summary

Cornerstones of Care seeks a Functional Family Therapy Provider to deliver FFT services to youth and families. You will engage clients with a strength-based approach, document care using the CSS system, and participate in FFT consultations.

The role involves delivering services to 10–12 families, mostly in-home on a weekly basis, while monitoring progress and maintaining FFT fidelity. Required is a 3–5 year background in relevant fields, with a Bachelor's degree; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients and families with a strength-based approach.
• Documents services and plans treatments in the FFT model using CSS system.
• Provides FFT services for 10–12 families, primarily seen in-home weekly.
• Monitors progress and adjusts treatment phase as needed.
• Maintains fidelity to the FFT model and phase system.
