Job summary

A leading youth services organization in Wilmington, NC, seeks a Functional Family Therapy Supervisor. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations and providing community-based counseling services to youth and families using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model. Candidates must have a Master's in Social Work or a related field, flexibility in scheduling, and two years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification, and/or contract requirements.
• Two years of related work experience, FFT experience preferred.
• Flexible to meet family availability including early mornings and late evenings.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Deliver community-based intensive counseling services to youth and families using the FFT Model.
• Flexibility in hours required to meet family availability.
